Credits for creation.
Forms that keep working. Buy credits in the app when you need more AI creation — not a monthly subscription.
How credits work
Clear rules so you know what you are buying before you open the store.
Bought in the app
Credits are consumable packs from the App Store or Google Play — not subscriptions. You buy them inside Formtasia; store prices can vary by region.
Power AI creation
Credits unlock AI form generation and regeneration in the app. Failed runs do not charge. When you hit zero, you can still edit, publish, share, and review.
5 free credits
New accounts start with free credits so you can try AI creation right away.
Non-refundable
Purchased credits are non-refundable. Buy credits only inside the app after you download Formtasia.
