FAQ
Short answers about download, credits, and support. Get the app to start generating forms.
How do I download Formtasia?
Get the app from the App Store or Google Play, then open Formtasia to create an account.
How do credits work?
Credits are bought in the app as consumable packs — not subscriptions. They unlock AI form generation and regeneration. Failed runs do not charge. When you hit zero, you can still edit, publish, share, and review.
Do I get free credits?
New accounts get 5 free credits. When you hit zero, you can still edit, publish, share, and review existing forms — credits only gate AI creation.
Are credits refundable?
Purchased credits are non-refundable. Buy credits only inside the app.
Who can answer a public form?
Anyone with the link. Respondents do not need an account.
How private are responses?
See our Privacy page for how creator and respondent data is handled.
How do I delete my account?
Delete from Account settings in the app. Details: Account deletion.
